Our Egg Yolk Lecithin is a premium phospholipid complex sourced from fresh egg yolks of non GMO Rhode Island Red laying hens. Through supercritical CO ₂ extraction and molecular distillation purification, the total amount of phospholipids (phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, etc.) in the product has been verified by HPLC to be ≥ 95%, presenting a light yellow to amber powder/particle shape.
