Mid Year Team Building Activities Held
In order to thank everyone for their hard work in the first half of 2024, better consolidate the company's team strength, and create a harmonious and happy team atmosphere. The company will conduct an annual team building activity at the Nanshan Country Park in Xi'an before July 4, 2024. This event aims to strengthen team cohesion, enhance collaboration and communication skills among employees, and also provide a platform for employees to showcase themselves and relax.
On the day of the event, the sunshine was bright and the spring breeze brushed against the face. All employees of the company gathered together, full of enthusiasm. The first project of the team building activity is table tennis and billiards competitions. After the initial stage, a total of 12 people signed up and participated, divided into six groups to compete. The two competitions aim to be relaxed and enjoyable, and everyone actively signs up and participates, fully dedicating themselves to the intense competition. Laughter and shouting echoed one after another, creating a lively and extraordinary atmosphere on site.
After the table tennis match, it was time for the most anticipated lunch cooking session. Everyone eagerly set up a grill and oven, and at this time, lamb skewers, prawns, chicken wings, grilled fish, sausages, and other foods marinated with various seasonings were all served on the table. The smell of human fireworks is the most soothing to the hearts of ordinary people. Everyone consciously participated in the barbecue activity, and colleagues demonstrated the barbecue skills of professional barbecue masters. They gathered together and ate, chatted, and played while eating. They also didn't forget to hand over the grilled skewers to each other, enjoying the fun of "doing it yourself and having plenty of food and clothing" in mutual cooperation. Laughter and laughter echoed in the air with the smoke from the kitchen.
After eating and drinking, everyone enters the free activity section, where a series of relaxation activities such as mahjong, poker, fishing, archery, water play, and walking allow everyone to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city and work, fully release themselves, and feel the joy of summer!
At the end of the outing, everyone returned to the hotel to hold a grand commendation ceremony for the employees of the past twenty and ten years, thanking them for their outstanding contributions to the company during these twenty and ten years. The final moment belongs to a joyful banquet, where everyone pushes cups and changes cups, and laughter and joy surround the entire banquet.
