marigold extract

The benzopyrene in the extraction process of marigold in Xinjiang and China was detected by gel permeation chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that different concentrations of marigold and marigold extracts had different levels of benzopyrene (1.67-94.9μg/kg) pollution, and all kinds of agricultural materials contained benzopyrene to varying degrees, reasoning from the production process. Raw material contamination should be the main source of benzopyrene in marigold extract. In the production to control the pollution of benzopyrene in the product, the first thing is to strengthen the control of raw materials, and fundamentally, the environmental management should be strengthened.
